Sarah attended college at Southwest Missouri State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Equine Studies in preparation for Veterinary Medical School. Life had other plans and after the birth of her daughter, vet school was no longer a priority. It actually seemed to be further and further from what she really desired to do.

In 2007, Sarah began working with Performance Coach, Wendy Hart. Shortly after Wendy’s introduction to the Access tools (a body of work which unlocks the stuck energies around different beliefs that people have that prohibit them from living the life they truly desire) she brought them to her coaching clients. When Sarah learned that these tools that worked so well for people were also used on horses, she immediately knew that this was what she was born to do.

Sarah has been around horses and animals since a very young age. She grew up on a feedlot and riding her dad’s cow horses, worked and volunteered at animal hospitals and clinics, mucked stalls in stables...anything she could do to work with animals. After learning of the Access tools, she became aware that helping animals was her true desire.

In addition to her Bachelor’s degree, Sarah attended over 200 hours of training in Access to receive certification as a facilitator. She enjoys helping riders and horse owners discover the possibilities of a better relationship with their horses. She also enjoys working as an intuitive healer for horses, helping them to release the stuck places that hold them back from peak health and vitality.
